Job description

We’re looking for a proactive Business Change Assistant to support the delivery of change initiatives across the business. Working closely with Business Change Managers, Senior Executives, and Team Managers, you’ll help implement new processes and systems, produce useful reports, analyse data, and keep projects on track.

This role is a great opportunity for a graduate with an interest in business, project, or change management — or for someone looking to complete a relevant degree apprenticeship. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience, with the opportunity to study for your Prince2 Practitioner qualification, while broadening your understanding of how a business like Pricecheck operates.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building strong working relationships across the business, engaging with stakeholders and gaining insight into different teams and roles.
  • Supporting senior team members to identify strategic goals and develop the business change process.
  • Helping to create solutions to overcome challenges, improve performance, and ensure smooth delivery of change programmes.
  • Assisting with coaching colleagues responsible for delivering projects, embedding business change tools, and fostering an inclusive working environment.
  • Identifying challenges and areas of change within your role.
  • Reporting on project progress and achievements clearly and regularly.
  • Coordinating project plans and managing stage checks.
  • Supporting post-project reviews and sharing lessons learned.
  • Organising and attending stakeholder meetings, taking notes and following up on actions.
  • Assessing risks and issues, offering solutions where needed.
  • Managing deadlines and communicating effectively if changes are required.
  • Carrying out ad hoc tasks to support Business Change Managers and Senior Management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills, able to ask the right questions and share information clearly.

  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and resilient, ready to support the team and manage change effectively.

  • Detail-focused with excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills, able to work well under pressure.

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), Click Up, and Pricecheck’s bespoke systems.

  • Commercially aware with a professional attitude, strong relationship-building skills, and ideally working towards a Prince2 Practitioner qualification.
