Do you love building relationships? Are you highly organised and driven by your ability to smash targets?

This is the perfect role for someone looking to enter the sales arena and will give you vast exposure to the whole sales process, including relationship management, negotiation, and business development.

Working across the sales floor, you will play a key role in opening new business whilst nurturing existing accounts to grow your joint territory. You will adapt as you support various account managers across the floor, managing our ever-changing product list to match your customers with the right products, at a price which works for all involved.

As a true ‘plate spinner’, you’ll thrive in a busy environment where your time management skills and multi-tasking ability will help you strive for success. You will embrace a challenge and not be afraid of hard work, relishing the opportunity to learn from those around you whilst applying your own personal touch.

What you will be doing

  • Working in a dynamic partnership with your International Account Manager, you will support with daily account management tasks, utilising your organisational skills to ensure maximum efficiency throughout the day.
  • Nurturing and developing customer relationships, working across the breadth of our customer base.
  • Planning strategically to open new business by adapting to our ever-changing product list and matching customers with the right products.
  • Proactively conducting market and customer research while being conscientious and analytical in your approach.
  • Continuously striving for success, with the goal to build up commercial awareness and wider business understanding.
  • Reporting regularly to Senior Sales Support
  • Coordinating national and international trips for your International Account Manager.
  • Ensuring you are achieving your core KPIs, which includes hitting your telephone call rates.

Desirable requirements

  • Language skills or experience of living and working overseas.
