We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operations Analyst with strong WMS and SQL knowledge to join our team! This is a key role where you’ll work closely with our Operations Director, IT, Finance, and Warehouse Management teams to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the go-to person for WMS support, troubleshooting issues, improving processes, and supporting projects – all while keeping business needs front and centre.

Location - You will be based at our Manvers site with visits to our Beighton Head Office.

What You'll be doing

  • Providing 1st and 2nd line support for our JDA Dispatcher system

  • Running ad-hoc reports using Oracle PL-SQL

  • Supporting the Stock Control team and ensuring SOPs are followed and issues resolved

  • Assisting our Junior WMS Analyst with suspense management

  • Helping Stock Control with claims, returns, unpicks, and picking issues

  • Supporting Customer Operations by managing orders within the WMS

  • Assisting the WMS Manager with various project development tasks

  • Managing stock adjustments, returns, unpicks and BITS

  • Monitoring warehouse tasks and performance

  • Overseeing Pick Face management

  • Running and distributing reports, analysing data where needed

  • Tracking KPIs and sharing insights

  • Working with the WMS Manager on solution design and system improvements

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive and collaborative mindset

  • Ability to problem-solve, prioritise, and deliver under pressure without compromising quality

  • Confident using SQL and experienced working with a WMS system backend. 

  • Commercial awareness and a clear understanding of operational business drivers

  • Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and adapt

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering results

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, building strong cross-functional relationships
