We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Strategist who lives and breathes short-form video, understands social media culture, Tik Tok shop and thrives in the fast-paced world of digital content.

This role blends marketing creativity with social commerce expertise, giving you the opportunity to create content that not only entertains and inspires but also drives measurable results. You’ll shape our brand’s social presence, manage campaigns end-to-end, and experiment with new formats to build community and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day management of various social media accounts
  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies that grow audiences and drive sales
  • Create, publish, and optimise engaging short-form video content
  • Manage TikTok Shop and other social commerce initiatives to maximise conversion
  • Take ownership of content direction and quality, while working closely with the wider marketing team to produce high-impact campaigns
  • Analyse performance data and provide insights to improve reach, engagement, and revenue
  • Stay ahead of cultural moments and social trends to keep content relevant and reactive
  • Build and nurture engaged online communities through content and direct interactions
  • Ensure all content reflects the brand voice and delivers measurable business value
  • Manage affiliate relationships and partnerships to drive growth and incremental sales
  • Oversee paid social campaigns, from setup to optimisation, ensuring strong ROI

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience creating high-performing content
  • Experience creating and executing TikTok and TikTok Shop campaigns, live shopping, and social commerce features
  • Experience delivering and reporting on social media advertising campaigns
  • Hands-on editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, or similar)
  • Professional social media or marketing experience (2+ years, agency or in-house)
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver strategies that drive engagement and sales
  • Confident communicator with strong storytelling skills
  • Creative thinker with sharp problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Team player with a positive, collaborative approach
