This is an entry-level role with plenty of room to grow. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full sales cycle – from prospecting and negotiation to account management and business development. You’ll rotate across different areas of the sales floor to build a strong understanding of our operations before partnering with an experienced International Account Manager. Together, you’ll work to grow your shared territory by opening new business and strengthening existing customer relationships.
You’ll play a key role in matching our evolving product range to customer needs – helping them find the right products at the best possible value.

What you’ll be doing
Supporting an International Account Manager with day-to-day account management tasks
Building and maintaining strong relationships across a broad customer base
Helping to identify and secure new business opportunities
Researching customers and markets to inform your approach
Developing your commercial awareness and understanding of the FMCG sector
Regularly reporting to the Senior Sales Support team
Assisting with the coordination of UK and international travel
Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), including daily call targets
What we’re looking for
Essential:
A strong interest in starting a career in FMCG sales
Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to learn
Target-driven and motivated by results
Commercial awareness and good judgement
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Confident, clear communication – both written and spoken
Methodical approach with strong attention to detail
Proactive attitude and willingness to work both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
Desirable:
- Language skills or experience living/working abroad – a big plus but not essential.
