Contract Packing Administrator
Job description
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Contract Packing Administrator to support our warehouse operations. Acting as a central coordination point, you will ensure Amazon ASNs and carton labels are produced accurately, create barcodes for packing jobs, and maintain stock levels of labels and packaging. This role requires excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce Amazon ASNs and carton labels accurately, including splitting ASNs where required.
- Create new barcodes for contract packing jobs and print labels for stock.
- Monitor packaging and label stock levels and place replenishment orders as needed.
- Support the order process, including following up on ASN queries and progressing customer orders through each stage.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Provide dispatch notes to the warehouse, scan documents, and post invoices to customers.
- Use customer-specific portals and booking systems confidently.
- Support export processes by applying knowledge of Incoterms and export terminology.
- Carry out ad‑hoc administrative tasks to support the team and wider business.

- Adaptable and eager to learn new processes.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure without compromising accuracy.
- Excellent time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of wider business drivers.
- Strong team player with a flexible and proactive approach.
- Comfortable using initiative and taking ownership of tasks.
